Fixed buglet with --noquiet, -nq option. Fixed version is available here. I will not post this version to CRAN, not yet.

Thanks for leaving a link to your Sweave resources on my Sweave post. I had thought about including a bash script analog to the little batch file in my article, but I'm glad I didn't because the script you give here is much better than what I would have written.
